This Mobile Messaging Privacy Notice describes how SO Legit, LLC ("Snake Oil," "we," "us"), maker of Snake Oil Recovery Support, collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our text message (SMS/RCS) program (the "Messaging Service"). It applies to information collected when you opt in to, use, or interact with the Messaging Service.

Information we collect

When you opt in to the Messaging Service, we collect your mobile phone number, your consent records (including the date, time, and manner of your opt-in), and your messaging activity (such as delivery status, replies, and opt-out requests).

How we use this information

We use this information solely to operate the Messaging Service: to send you the service-related and promotional messages you signed up for, to honor your opt-out and help requests, to maintain records of consent as required by law, and to provide customer support.

We do not share your information for advertising

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile opt-in and SMS consent data — with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not use information collected through the Messaging Service to build, enhance, or contribute to advertising audiences on any platform.

Limited sharing to operate the service

We share information collected through the Messaging Service only with the service providers necessary to deliver it — our messaging platform provider and wireless carriers — solely to transmit the messages you have requested, and as required to comply with law or protect our legal rights. These providers are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

Your choices

You may opt out of the Messaging Service at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP or email support@snakeoilworks.com for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Data retention

We retain phone numbers and consent records for as long as you are subscribed to the Messaging Service, and afterward as needed to honor your opt-out and to comply with legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email support@snakeoilworks.com.
