Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Snake Oil subscriptions ("Revival" and any other subscription plan) bill, renew, and cancel. It is part of our Terms of Service.

How subscriptions bill

When you start a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal, so there are no surprises.

Free shipping

All subscription orders ship free, every time, regardless of order value.

Changing or canceling your plan

You're in control. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime — there's no penalty and no minimum commitment.

Pause, skip, cancel, or update payment/shipping details: manage these yourself in your account at snakeoilworks.com/account.

Change your flavors: flavor changes are handled by our team through your Member Extras page — that's the fastest way to swap what's in your next box or going forward. (Flavor changes aren't available in the standard account dashboard, which is why Member Extras is the place for them.)

Timing of changes

To apply to your next shipment, changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next ship date. Changes made inside that 5-day window apply to the following cycle instead. This is because we prepare and batch orders ahead of the ship date.

Refunds on subscription charges

If you're charged for a renewal and want a refund, email refunds@snakeoilworks.com within 30 days of the charge with your order number. If the shipment hasn't gone out yet, we can refund without requiring a return. If it has shipped, the unused portion must be returned (see our Returns Policy). Price changes

If we ever need to change subscription pricing, we'll give you clear notice well before it affects a charge — no surprises — and you can pause or cancel anytime, with no penalty.
